Pros

I can't think of a single positive. Everyone I enjoyed working with before have left. Steer clear!!

Cons

The facility feels like a low security detention center complete with armed guard and an authoritarian culture. Constant bullying, arbitrary favoritism and no cohesion. No wonder there is such high turnover and the better employees have left.

Pros

Teladoc is an outstanding place to work. The management team is remarkably supportive of growth and development...and also fun to work with. I have worked a number of places in the past and this is by far the best culture, benefits, etc. Highly recommended. Churn is very low, people enjoy working here.

Cons

The team is fairly spread out across the country in various offices / remote. This can be challenging for large scale projects.

Cons

There is favoritism and judgment based on who you talk to in the office. There is little chance of growing in the company if you are not favored.
