      Pros

      I've been blessed to have had some really great jobs. However, NOTHING compares to Teladoc. The Senior Leadership Team is fabulous. Our CEO is a true leader. He walks the walk that he projects to clients, investors, researchers. This is an extremely collaborative company and they go out of their way to hire the best of the best. After that, they get out of the way and let the employees do their jobs. We are all held accountable to an extremely high bar, but are given the tools we need to be successful.

      Cons

      I can say with all honesty, that I can think of absolutely no downside to working at Teladoc.

      Teladoc is a company in which an employee can influence great change in a short amount of time. The product suite is growing so quickly, that every employee has a chance to make an huge impact on the success of the company.

      Teladoc has grown so quickly that the employees are trying to catch up and keep up with the progress of the company.
