Pros

Pay is above average for the location/area for the job being performed; equipment provided is top-notch, free coffee, free gym facilities, benefits are on-par with what is being offered by other companies

Cons

There are no documented processes in place, i.e. job aides, step documents, checklists, etc. on how to perform all the steps required for your job function; what/if any documentation you are able to locate is extremely outdated and the steps outlined have already changed; training is entirely "On-the-Job" which unfortunately requires you to rely on the good graces of your co-workers; something this is not very forthcoming OR it's "figure it out on your own", as management is not going to show you because they don't even fully understand and your co-workers had to do it themselves, so they have no sympathy. Employee moral is EXTREMELY low; there are Directors that call out employees on their mistakes made out on the open work floor rather than behind closed doors with discretion. I witnessed several employees being walked out without any fair warning; something that adds to the low moral. There appeared to be no documented performance plan policy in place; i.e. standard verbal warning; first written warning, second written warning, etc. Workers have been walked out at any time, for whatever reason. Management communicates high expectations, however they do not provide adequate tools or guidelines on "how" to meet these expectations.

Pros

The company is relatively new in the service that is being provided and the concept and structure is fantastic.

Cons

Everyone who works in Operations is an adult, you never know this. Nepotism runs rampant, There is a culture that is being fostered which spoils us who just want to work. Managers are standoffish and act upset when we have question. A pool of your agents would prove prudent.

Pros

great pay, good flexible scheduling, EXCELLENT PRODUCT (the only thing that keeps this company afloat is how awesome the product is, it sells itself!)

Cons

This is a company where they might pay you well but the environment is so negative and the people are so unprofessional it makes you say forget the money or the m-f schedule, take a pay cut just to have a peace of mind. Also management treats you like you're disposable this is the kind of job where they will fire you at any moment for no reason, and not care at all that you have a family, and responsibilities. Upper management pretends to have an open door policy but they really will use what you say against you and they will say you are a problem/trouble if you voice your opinion too much Upper management turns a blind eye to the big issues, they do not want to fix anything call center is extremely unprofessional quality assurance department is unprofessional, they are nitpicky and disorganized upper management is a clique of buddies who doesn't do anything but shoot the crap all day you only get promoted if they like you or if you know someone, the promotions are rarely merit based micromanaged environment inexperienced and incompetent management
