Pros

Work/life balance, WFH and pretty good benefits overall.

Cons

10/10 I do NOT recommend working here. Leadership has not a clue, training is not a priority and you’re expected to do everything and know everything basically from the jump with no support. Salesforce is not integrated STILL from the livongo acquisition and literally no one knows how to do the job. Many parties internally just will not respond to you when you need something or request something. Sales also constantly puts you in a bad position by over promising and under delivering. The company will try to keep you around by giving out stock (clearly it’s worthless). Your manager will either micromanage you or they won’t help you at all, in my experience at least. There are some fantastic people that work here but unfortunately they’re all being marginalized by leadership. Eventually all of the good talent will be out of the door as TDOC can’t keep anyone around. I have never once dealt with anxiety or depression, especially in relation to work. This job gave me extreme depression and anxiety. I think the services and products are great, but leadership demands and what the implementation managers are asked to do and speak to day/day is overwhelming.

Pros

Work from home, unlimited PTO

Cons

This was one of the most disrespectful work environments I have ever worked in. B2B Marketing is run by a person who stomps on those with lower titles and aims to make members of the team feel less than. Managers at this company will throw their own teams and direct reports under the bus in order to get ahead. The company dealt with a merger by taking away incoming employees' responsibilities, forcing out good talent. There is a rampant issue with discrimination that comes in the form of micro (and macro)-aggressions against people with english as their second language, racist comments during the hiring process, and a lack of growth opportunities for pregnant mothers. The executive leadership team is dull and does not seem to care about people, despite working in healthcare. Don't waste your time applying.

Pros

choose your "hours" and only answer calls if you have time/interest

Cons

I have serious concerns about this company's credentialing process. The oversight of physician quality care is lacking significantly and I personally feel it is inappropriate for physicians to treat many of the conditions over the phone for patients they have never examined or met personally.
