Biggest problem I see here is the work life balance. This company does not invest much on man power so you might end up doing two people work and easily gets very stressful at times. Some managers are highly autocratic and looks for perfection even if it is 3 AM in the morning. Another big problem in this data engineering area is there will be only complaints more often than appreciation. Frequently you will be put in spot in group level meetings and often times compared with your peers or sub-ordinates performance which bring your morale down. You must even be prepared for managers putting you in spot in a conference call and be very rude at times for not able to meet his/her expectation and point out the flaws, I am unsure if every other group in this company behaves this way, but my experience has been very bumpy.

They have absolutely zero clue what they are doing. Merging/acquiring too many companies, too fast, without any thought into what the repercussions will be for business processes. Any simple task is impossible to complete with adequate quality where I can "feel proud of the work I did". Ask a question, no one knows the answer. Literally everyone is confused, and it's impossible to figure out solutions to process issues, because there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Some Livongo teams are incompetent and overtly rude. Too much stress, everyone thinks their "stuff" is the most important. And everyone freaks out when things aren't perfect. You brought together three companies at once and expected business growth, but can't even figure out how to structure teams.
