The employees are nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Low pay No recognition or reward for working hard...not even raises to cover inflation Upper management is a joke I've never seen an HR department this out of touch with it's employees They cut back on spending to the point of being ridiculous (locking pens away so you have to ask for one each time you need a pen like a little kid)

Product has a place in the market place, big company benefits

Cons

Company continues to miss forecast and stock price continuing to take a hit - confidence in management is low. VP of sales spends more time getting manicures than managing the business. Trust in leadership is at an all time low and Liam isn't making any changes. Acquisition of their most recent product is a cluster. Turnover is high - stay away until changes at the top are made!
