      There are some very exciting opportunities at Teleflex. It is growing very fast

      Many of the senior staff are hired above their capabilities. Excellent staff have been lost.

      Frequent acquisitions and additions to portfolio.

      Cons

      Leadership is very detached from what is happening on the ground level. Promotions occur based on who you know, not how you perform. Constant quality issues with products.

      Great coworkers and atmosphere, quickly gain experience in multidisciplinary skills.

      Cons

      Company does not value R&D, retaining employees or utilizing in-house intelligence. Multidisciplinary experience due to lack of adequate employee base. Underpays in general.
