I have a Great manager, the sales of the company are growing and we are not micromanaged. The marketing could be better changes have been made to hopefully remedy this.

There is more desk job than being market driven in terms of market plan, customer insight, product pricing. You are expected to draw a market plan and do forecasting without having a direct contact with the market and the sales. How is this market realistic?
