      Pros

      The Reading facility has extremely helpful colleagues. The workload is manageable and people can easily find help when they need. The benefits package is pretty decent compared to other companies.

      Cons

      The reorganizations can be painful and keep occurring which results in confusion regarding responsibilities. People can get discouraged by unfairness of company in distribution of raises and bonuses. Management is not acting in a responsible fashion because of constant changes being introduced. The recent termination of some experienced employees and the fashion it was carried out can be discouraging.
