      Pros

      Corporate Headquarters are in a great area (Raleigh-Durham, NC) Acceptable compensation in the sub-management level Acceptable benefits relative to similar companies regionally

      Cons

      Expected commitment to the company (in terms of personal time outside of regular business hours) is significant. At the corporate level, it appears to be significantly understaffed

      Teleflex Medical, Inc. is only about bottom line profits. They cut jobs often.

      Pros

      Nice working environment. People are nice and there is always plenty of work to do. You will work a full day there plus some overtime.

      Cons

      Poor communication on company strategy and planning for future. Poor benefits having high co-pays and employee contributions for healthcare. Management not trained to be effective and good leaders/and or a lot of Manager should not be in their positions as they are not engaged in what their employees are doing mainly because they are more interested in maintaining their image and job.
