Pros
Great Company for Executive level positions. Everyone else will never move up or make any money. Free gym access. Nice location
Cons
No Perks, poor merit increases, promotions are seldom unless you are in the sales or marketing department. High turnaround for outside sales. Mostly cubes (no offices). HR is only for hiring and firing, no "people services" also, nothing is guaranteed confidential with HR. Every year there are less and less employee events and paid holidays.
