Great Company but not all Divisions recommended

Pros

Great People overall. Managers are overall realistic and helpful. Company does attempt to be fair in relation to groups as a whole. Company does not discriminate on any criteria.

Cons

Commitments to provide acquisitions & new products continue to fall short. Quota increases regardless of products being old and in declining markets. Pay is not consistent across all the divisions and some divisions significantly less than other similar companies.

Pros

First, it's all about the people. My co-workers are the definition of team players, and whether on a different regional team, are always lending helping hands to achieve the overall goal. The senior leadership ensures all the troops on the ground have access to any tools that will help accomplish the mission. Working at Teleflex has improved my quality of life.

Cons

The only con would be not applying for the position sooner, that is the truth!

culture is king and everyone is extremely motivated. Win as a team mentality. Earning potential is high and targets attainable.

Cons

Processes could be slightly more streamlined, but really that's reaching for something to put in this box.
