Pros

Flexible work arrangements whether you want to be remote or on-site. Travel if you like to be on the road. The health benefits are decent.

Cons

Cross functional teams don't have experience in clinical trials and likely fall to the clinical team to figure out. Very much barebones no systems. Management will not be helpful clearing roadblocks.
