Poorly run company outside of Bulgaria. Needs better management

Pros

Nice people. They want to help. There is some room for growth if you work 16 + hrs a day.

Cons

Very long hours. Poorly run at times. Very poor communication. They know a lot about technology but don't always know how to apply that technology properly. No work/life balance at all.

Pros

Great Benefits, good pay. The four founders of the company are amazing. Great culture. Interesting in the whole community around the company.

Cons

Lack of good middle and senior managers (except the founders). Transition from Start up to Enterprise is not very smooth, lack of known procedures and management.
