Can be fun and challenging if you're working with good people

Cons

Serious lack of communication, transparency, and leadership at high levels, coupled with high turnover there as well. Long email threads and burdensome policies about stupid things; total black hole of communication when it comes to others. Used to feel like everybody was on same team but has become a bunch of fiefdoms.
