They do not care about the employee nor their family life. No communication nor respect with the people you work with in Bulgaria.

Pros

Exciting place to be, even post Progress acquisition. Always lots to do you'll never be bored here. Fun work environment and lots of benefits (401k, food, game room etc).

Cons

Constant change- typical issues for a fast growing company. Constantly need to be ready to adapt and learn new products.
