      Pros

      The environment is one of innovation and support. All doors are open to anyone at any time. the leadership supports all levels and each other in a very collaborative fashion. There is a great deal of pride associated with working at TeleWorld Solutions. Customers really see the expertise and value we provide.

      Cons

      Jobs are demanding as is with any company that has grown this fast in the last few years. There are long days and hours associated with many of the roles.

      Pros

      friendly environment. Helpful colleagues. New projects all the time. Lots to learn. Helpful upper management. Happy hours every once in a while makes it working here even better. Bonus is okay.

      Cons

      Sometimes gta put in lots of hrs. Every body want to get paid more. and I wish they pay more as well given the company is located in northern VA area which quite expensive area to live in.
