      Pros

      Good pay and RF Engineers are great people.

      Cons

      They make you feel not welcome as a contractor. The engineer department is not diverse and it is almost impossible to get hired to RF position if you are not Indian, Pakistani or Afghanistan even with the same college degree.

      The pay for intern is $15/hr which is average and good. Payment is offered on time. Work environment is friendly.

      Cons

      The work is monotonous and repetitive. Working crowd is mostly Asian and hence no global exposure. Work from home flexibility is not allowed.
