      Pros

      They make sure you get all you logistics on time and make you are fully setup for work before you start working with them.

      Cons

      Not really that I can say or make a strong point. I had to request for a delay paycheck for over along period due to some payroll management errors on the systems.

      Pros

      - Foot in the door into Telecom industry. - Hire fresh/recent graduates - Fun and relaxed atmosphere - Good team

      Cons

      - Weekend work - No respect to employee's off hours - No promotions or raises are hard to come by - Management handles everything, employees are treated as cattle, more like a sweatshop. - No direct customer communication. Management does not allow it.
