      Great engineers - fake engineers

      get to work with excellent people very technical and friendly most of them.

      Cons

      I experienced/saw some kind of racism, people chose other people with less technical expertise to be their "right hand" due to their race while people from a different country/race were far better prepared and with higher technical knowledge are left behind.
