      Employees have a voice, the company offers great benefits, etc. We have been voted by employees through a 3rd party. We have earned the designation for three consecutive years as a "Certified Great Place to Work".

      They pay on time usually.

      Cons

      They say they choose to match 401k at the end of the year but they never match. They say that you are up for a raise every year but they quit after the fist. Change insurance every year and it keeps getting worse. Everyone below my position has terrible insurance, so I am probably heading there. Way too many unnecessary emails and after hour meetings. They waste all sorts of money, and refuse to spend on things that matter.
