      Helping a underserved community where it is difficult to find qualified dedicated healthcare personnel.

      Cons

      Salaried employees work long hours. Hours could be minimized if more time was spent on value added work and less time was spent on value-less meetings. They talk Lean, but always know what that means.

      Great People, Lot of interesting people and students so you can always meet someone new. It's a hospital so always busy and lots of things to keep your mind active

      Cons

      Bad neighborhood but the campus and direct area are nice.
