Great benefits, opportunity for promotion outside of home department.

Cons

Employees are not valued! Good employees are treated poorly and overworked. Poor communication and leadership is not held accountable and create hostile work environments.

- Poor co-ordination - Lack of data and response from the senior management - Not a very good treatment given to a student worker - Lack of management and infrastructure

Pros

The benefits were very good and I had no problems with my time off or medical insurance. My hours were pretty flexible and the staff were very friendly.

Cons

Sometimes administration were a little haphazard. I worked in research up at the medical school and the salary wasn't the best. Also, you have to be careful working in north philadelphia.
