tuition remission! access to a lot of wonderful resources (libraries, events), better than average pay

Cons

no opportunity for growth, no reward for consistently exceeding expectations, excessively punitive for minor mistakes, favoritism, bad decision making (and I mean bad for staff AND students), THE SECURITY IS A JOKE

4 weeks paid time off is the biggest perk because it helps with work life balance. Tuition remission is a perk as well

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of vision or mission, promote the wrong people, these are a few of my criticisms of Temple.
