5yFeedback from our team members (past and present) is extremely important to us, so we appreciate you taking the time to write this. We recognize the amount of hard work that the intake team does, so I’m discouraged to hear that you didn’t feel appreciated for all that you were doing.
We’ve implemented a few things this year that we hope will address some of these concerns. One of these things is resources and training for new managers. These resources focus on key people leader skills like giving and receiving feedback, creating a culture of accountability, and having effective 1:1s. We believe that equipping new managers with resources to build these skills will make a huge difference.
