Pros
At Tempus, we're all driven by the mission of improving outcomes for patients. We all get there in different ways - as oncologists, engineers, biologists, attorneys, operators - but it's the mission that unifies us. If you like to build, solve problems, and move quickly, Tempus is the place for you. I have personally been able to learn so much outside of my field of expertise by reaching out and asking. Everyone is willing to teach, to listen, and to get their hands dirty to get things done.
Cons
Things move quickly and sometimes you have little notice for changes that might affect how you do your job or your job description entirely. While this isn't for everyone, I have enjoyed it.
