      Amazing mission Good talented people doing the real work Nice office space

      Cons

      1. Lack of diversity in C-suite and upper management 2. Extremely low pay if you're not at management level, even though the company makes and spends millions 3. Lack of experience and skills in upper management 4. No work-life balance 5. Huge knowledge gaps amongst teams and lack of proper communication 4. No 401k match, no system to track PTO, no pay structure, or career development guidance.

      Very long hours but not enough training.

      Pros

      You can apply your skills to learn about important problems to then be in a team that improves cancer patient treatments.

      Cons

      The hours are longer than the expectations that they say in your interview, and you don't get paid overtime but are expected to stay late nights often. The environment is isolating and you don't get trained, your just expected to know everything coming in the door. Nobody cares about advancing in your career, just put your head down and work on the same kinds of tasks over and over.

      Pros

      + Mission is noble. Trying to do good in oncology. + You will hear science terms like DNA,RNA,Immunotherapy etc all the time. + Free snacks, lunch subsidy and office lunch once a week + Casual attire.

      Cons

      -Not sure if the founders are really interested in making a difference in cancer care or is this another business to flip after jacking up the valuation? -No work from home policy. You are required to be in office all the time. Hello, this is a tech company and it is the 21st century. -Engineering has zombies working who do not know what other teams are doing. Siloed teams with no mentoring or career progression. -Excellent engineers have left and what are left are just there for a job and looking out. -Data science team has no subject matter experts in Oncology
