Pros

Free snacks and food are a huge plus. I never have to worry about food. Free Uber’s after 8pm is also a nice perk but I rarely stayed that late. They give you 13inch MacBook Airs to work on.

Cons

Some of these reviews seem made up and not geniune. There is a huge Operations Team short-coming. They believe they know everything and refuse to have input. It seems like they suppress creativity and expect you to do exactly what they say. If you don’t, they’ll force you out. They’ll analyze every minute of your work to try to maximize output. We’re not robots. There is no effective communication between groups and the day to day work is hectic, unorganized and no plan. There are definitely hard rules: no working from home (their reasoning for this is flawed), if you don’t get in by 9 or leave before 5 (even if you don’t have much to do) it’s frowned upon and you’ll feel like you’re being watched. They expect you to work more than 40 hours without overtime. There’s no open culture, frowned upon to talk to management - they’re bossy and act like they know everything.

Pros

There really is nothing good about this place.

Cons

I have never worked for a company that was unorganized and poorly managed. The Atlanta (Peachtree Corners) lab was assembled within three months and it shows. Management was hired due to favoritism and not based on any criteria of experience and education. When I was interviewed, I was led to believe it was a molecular plating position. In reality, it was accessioning COVID-19 samples for eight hours a day with no breaks and only a thirty-minute lunch. Management was hostile and unapproachable. It’s clear they only show about profit. My mental health plummeted while working here. I developed panic attacks and really bad anxiety. Everyone hates working here and it shows. The amount of negativity and toxicity that exists here is unbearable. They cut your hours with no compensation and will change your schedule without notice. Management and leaders will manipulate you and force you to do tasks that you’re not qualified to do in order to get away without paying them proper compensation. Contractors who worked for less than full-time developed programs for the company, a task that was meant for a supervisor, without the payment of a computer developer. There are clear violations of CLIA and CAP protocols. We’re were never properly taught how to use PPE when we worked in a COVID testing facility. Cross-contamination occurred regularly and nothing was done about it. I am genuinely surprised I never caught COVID. Working here is truly not worth it.

Pros

Great pay provided if you are willing to sacrifice anything and everything including your values. You will definitely get an opportunity to work with some highly skilled developers.

Cons

Environment is very toxic. You are sure to come across some unethical activities no matter which business vertical you ended up working
