The company's end goal and mission is strong.

Cons

-Hostile work environment -CEO only cares about himself and ex-groupon employees that have worked for him for years. -Not sure the CEO actually cares about helping provide more data for oncologists, he just wants to make more money and see his name in the news. -No leadership/management -No job training, but expected to know everything about Cancer day 1 even if your job description didn't mention that. -Horrible treatment from upper management -No HR Department

there are some smart great people working here

Cons

Unfortunately they may come to the same realization as me that this company doesn't care one lick about its employees or stand behind its mission to help people affected with cancer. Management is terrible, they pretend to be a startup just to offer no benefits, no 401k, match, couldn't even get a keyboard approved as a manager. Culture is non-existent, morale couldn't be lower. My stress levels have been so much better since leaving. Management lies.

* Low salary *Sub-standard Medical Plan *Always a "Fire Drill" *Senior Management is questionable *Middle Management is terrible...they are lost *Lack of knowledge & understanding in Oncology & Personalized Medicine *It's all about the numbers...not the patients *Lab is disorganized *Arrogant middle-management team *Herd Mentality *Lack of Culture *NOT a medical company or medical lab...just a technology & data company
