Does not care about the well being of their employees despite the fact of being a healthcare company. Do not work here unless you want to be over worked and under payed. Forced over time with no recognition for the hard work those are putting in. They do not appreciate their staff that works hard and seem to only encourage those that are slacking off. "Unlimited PTO" but will likely not be able to use it because only one person can be off at a time. Very young management and those that do have experience do not listen to their employees concerns. Months without anything done to improve team, yet implement more work that causes addition issues on top of the issues that are already not being fixed. Upper management plays favoritism so be sure to get on their good side if you want to work here.

This company squeezes its employees dry. It pays way below the market rate for almost every position. They brag about how many employees they onboard every year, but the only reason they have to bring so many people on is because the turnover is so high. They also brag about how many women they have, but the reason they have so many women is because women are more likely to accept the dismal salaries they pay. Employees are constantly expected to work overtime for no additional pay.
