Tempus has taken an impressive approach to improving cancer care today by building a team of mission-driven, energetic, smart and hardworking people with diverse backgrounds. Often, I find myself working with others to solve a new problem or optimize an existing process / business line, which keeps work exciting and rewarding. Since Tempus is a pioneer in its industry, employees are encouraged to think bold, learn and adjust from mistakes, and move fast when a good opportunity presents itself. I look forward to Tempus' continued growth and am grateful to be part of the mission.

Cons

With fast growing companies comes some growing pains. Decisions are sometimes made in silos but not communicated appropriately across the organization. For some, the fast paced environment with shifting priorities is difficult to keep up with, but I think that is what keeps things interesting!
