Pros
Deciding to work at Tempus has been the best decision that I've made in my career, so far. My managers and colleagues are supportive, always encouraging professional development and goal setting, and I feel empowered to take on new challenges daily. The benefits are a major perk, as well (unlimited PTO, stellar health benefits, mental health benefits, etc.), and the company as a whole puts a large emphasis on learning & development. I hope to stay at Tempus for a long time and continue to grow here professionally.
Cons
The environment at Tempus is incredibly fast-paced - this can be invigorating at times, but can also sometimes feel chaotic. In my opinion, this really adds to the excitement that comes along with a company that is growing at a breakneck pace, but it will be important for the company to continue to ensure that employees are well cared for, shown appreciation, and supported.
