Exciting to say the least.

      As we continue to grow we need to continue to find ways to keep people engaged and have a consistent experience/culture across our different offices and for remote employees.

      Pros

      Tempus is making a difference in the biotech industry and most employees are driven by the mission and work we are doing. Tempus has a welcoming environment and has lots of resources that set you up for success. Not only are the benefits and perks great (unlimited PTO, unique office, barista, and more) but you are given autonomy and feedback as you grow.

      Cons

      There are not too many cons that I can think of. One is there is no 401k match. I would recommend Tempus to someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and be okay with change. We have a lot to do, but that's because it's about time we deliver precision medicine to as many patients as possible.
