Pros
My two favorite things about working at Tempus are the people that I work with and the personal growth opportunities that I have had. I always tell people that when I think about my job - imagine your favorite class in college and you need to do a group project and you have the best skilled and most diverse team to work with. That is how I feel about working at Tempus. I genuinely appreciate the relationships I have built across all business units at Tempus and also value the many women in leadership at the company - something I did not have in past experiences but value from a leadership and mentorship perspective. I have had the opportunity to grow and move across teams at Tempus and look forward to continuing to grow at the company.
Cons
Not many strong cons I can think of. To succeed at Tempus, you need to have a strong problem solver and go with the flow mentality since things change often, but that is one of the best parts in my opinion.
