Pros
- The mission is quite admirable, they have a good goal - progressive work environment - unlimited snacks, ( though the snack budget got dramatically reduced so not as good anymore) -amazing co-workers - good start up culture but also leads to many problems
Cons
Where to begin... - Management is quick to terminate employees without helping them succeed. - The inexperience of management is glaringly obvious and are quick to blame short hands on the workers rather than their system in place. - You are welcome to voice your opinions to management but are more than likely not to be heard, it feels like they only listen to you as a formality. - Very difficult to move within the company as a new hire, it is very unlikely you are able to switch to a more suitable position within the company without dumping in a few years. - Hard to discern if the company actually cares about it's employees at the rate of their expansion and how easily they terminate their employees. - Sometimes it feels like they are only concerned with the deals the company scores as a whole rather than addressing employee complaints. - It is a shame a good company with a great goal to be ruined by the management they hire.
