      Pros

      The company has a clear mission and expectations of where it is going. The CEO - Eric holds weekly company wide meetings and knows how to get things done. During COVID-19 the company added nearly 200 employees and rolled out our infectious disease testing within a matter of weeks. Tempus is at the forefront of a brand new segment in healthcare and it is a great company to be apart of.

      Cons

      Natural growing pains of any startup. Remote employees struggle a bit being out of Chicago HQ. A number of people within the company treat this as a silicon startup and want leadership to make them feel warm and fuzzy everyday - At the end of the day we are working with cancer patients and can’t lose focus of the mission due to external factors happening in the world.
