      Pros

      Tempus is truly changing the way cancer will be treated in this country (and hopefully beyond). The learning curve is steep, but rewarding, and the focus on performance drives results and progress at every juncture. The work is hard and challenging, and the employees are the smartest I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      There is more than enough work, and the organization is constantly shifting. If you require consistency, this isn't the place for you.

      Fast paced environment with tons of smart people spanning many disciplines -- science, medicine, operations, engineering, etc. Endless opportunities to learn new content and grow Most importantly, I truly believe that what we are working on will save or extend the lives of tens of thousands of people in the next few years

      It is emotionally challenging to work in the cancer space
