Pros
-great people/ company culture -unlimited PTO -the pride and pleasure of knowing that Tempus never sends patients into collections for unpaid medical bills -solid health care options at a relatively affordable cost
Cons
-low pay -little room for growth- very reluctant to promote internally -poor/ inconsistent management -MUST be able to work with minimal training and oversight -Reviews and raises are completed in the first months of the calendar year, regardless of hire date. For anyone starting in November or December, this means working for over a year with no possibility of a raise.
