      Pros

      snacks. Coworkers can be a trip. Pet insurance came in clutch

      Cons

      Recklessly disorganized training. Insulting raises (especially in this economy). Safety issues. Impossible to move up or around. Tone deaf management . PTO policy got changed in the middle of the year- new lab employees get TWO WEEKS, FYI. Management will lie to your face for months about performance and then turn around and say you aren’t good enough right in time for performance reviews. And then, despite being told over and over what’s wrong by every employee on the way out, they’ve started doing “office hours” to “get feedback”

      - On-site barista - Nice office building, but poor location

      Cons

      - No 401k match - No bonus - Open office space has a nice feel and is modern, but in reality, you feel like you're on top of people - IT leadership lacks the technical experience, business acumen and strategic vision to leverage team members and financial investments to their full potential

      Pros

      A handful of coworkers are great people to know and work with.

      Cons

      This company will exploit you for all of your talent and hard work without ever giving you the compensation you deserve. Upper management will make terrible decisions because they bring in more money without thinking about the consequences of their actions on the actual quality of the product they're offering. Then they will blame you for the decrease in quality. Culture is toxic and you will have no work life balance. No 401k matching. There are better jobs out there where you can make an impact and be treated far better. This place isn't worth it.
