Pros
- good first place to work at out of college - people themselves were good people just not the quota that needs to be met and the reasons behind it
Cons
- i was a jda for a few months there but it was honestly so stressful because they put so much emphasis on you to fulfill a quota and act as if it's incredibly high stakes when it isn't that deep - they don't really care much about your needs as an individual and acted as if there was room to grow and expand your career but in reality that wasn't the case - also paid horrendously low for the amount of work and stress put onto me
