Honestly.. the only thing good about this position is the other Jr Clincial Data Analyst you meet. They will be your homies until you get let go.

Cons

Everything else... -Low pay (45K) and (50K for Masters) -Bad Management -No room to grow -Stressful -Poor training -No work & life balance - "UNLIMITED PTO" (fine print says 2 weeks) -Average length of this position is 6 months -Feel insecure with job

Chaotic and brutal working environment. Laboratory is run under factory conditions. Company has billions in venture capital but refuses to modernize equipment, instead hires layer upon layer of extraneous staff and useless managers. R&D virtually non existent. Overall most bizarre allocation of resources I have ever seen.
