Pros
I've worked for over 5 companies, and I feel like I finally found my long term fit. * Working on Cancer Care, you can't beat that. Everyone here is passionate about the mission, and it drives everything we work on * Some of the best people I've worked with. Great talent, hard workers, and easy to get along with. * We are really working on the cutting edge of medical science, so there are some crazy interesting challenges to solve * A Modern tech stack coupled with a microservice Architecture allows us to get sh*t done, and quickly! This is a very rare company. I'm excited about coming to work in the morning, and that's not something I expected myself to say about work.
Cons
Because of the aforementioned speed, it comes with some chaos. If you are expecting tons of direction and handholding, this will not be a good fit for you.
