      Pros

      Operations team works hard to keep things running

      Cons

      Do not care about mental health and continuously push people away. Will say you are not doing work but wont give you any work to do. Additionally, there is no room for you to grow in the role and they will find reasons for you to not get a promotion and raise. They would rather fire good employees and higher cheaper ones than run a successful lab.

      Pros

      Great people. Very supportive staff. Great opportunities. Highly flexible and self supporting roles.

      Cons

      The pay standards are abhorrent. Comparing what you pay your employees to local hospitals is crazy. You can't survive on this pay. Women get paid less than men and the company knows it. I spoke to HR regarding a pay disparity between myself and my male coworker in the exact same position and was told that was just how it is.
