Pros

You get free snacks and coffee. The role itself isn’t hard.

Cons

No parking, no set time on when you clock out, can’t start your day until deliveries arrive (hence why no set time on clocking out), you can’t leave early if you finish early but they expect you to stay late, you’re in a shared space with another team and your schedule for the day is also dependent on them, the people that have been there for quite some time are very tight-knit and will treat the space like high school.

Pros

The people at the "lower" levels are smart and ambitious. The supervisors and managers are also great.

Cons

Senior management is tone deaf. They seem to be surrounded by yes men, and they also refuse to listen to feedback they're given. They keep stripping away our benefits, and it only affects the lab. We don't have an advocate at the highest level, and it sets the lab up for a toxic culture.

Frustrating, impulsive decisions which impede success trajectory; leadership that values KPI metrics over actual sales success; inappropriate “leader” who cracks jokes at people’s expense on team calls with zero EQ; demotivating decisions
