I don't know where to start. Low pay, poor benefits, terrible management, no room for growth. If you have to take this job, use it as a stepping stool to leverage your career then go somewhere else.

Your experience depends heavily on your team. I really enjoyed my coworkers. The overall mission of the company is positive.

Cons

Toxic management and so much employee turnover. Most employees do not feel heard by management, or are gaslit and rage quit. No 401K match, pay lower than industry, and the raises do not match standard of living or performance. Work/life balance not great, especially for the pay.
