- mission is great - many people are amazing to work with - can learn a lot in short time frame

Cons

- no bonus, no 401k match, does not give raise, or even prorated raise until after the 1st year of even in this hyper-inflated state - overemphasis on sales but not product development - extremely unorganized, with unclear structure to follow - does not prioritize quality and quality control - micromanaging from senior leadership on minor details but not the most important product development - no clear vision of the company’s future and differentiation strategy

-there is a stocked kitchen -you go to work in a great location -you stay for the relatable mission

Cons

-poor management that lacks the ability to deal with consistent issues -lab environment is a chaotic mess with constant issues, and staffing shortages -working in the lab is different than working outside of the lab, you get many more company perks -no 401k match, no investment in essential employees -too many men in control who cannot deal with issues face to face
