Pros

-People are brilliant -I believe leadership cares about their employees and makes decisions with them in mind -Things are very fast paced and the business is able to make decisions quickly

Cons

-We're back to hybrid so that might deter people that prefer being fully remote -We have grown so quickly that there is a lot of work to be done on building structure and consistency

Pros

This is a very good company in terms of meeting modern job-expectations. They can offer 100% remote work at local hours, full benefits + commuter/remote compensation, and have a really robust onboarding/training program. CS is so supportive and kind and we all help each other every day, the trainers and managers are very kind too. Lots of opportunity & encouragement to crosstrain and learn new skills, and they promote internally all the time.

Cons

Being national, you’ll get emails outside of work hours that you feel pressured to answer (but don’t technically have to). Some departments (Tech & Sales) have notoriously unfriendly/mean people you have to avoid.
