      Prestige of working at a disruptive platform, strong brand recognization and reputation among the CRE industry, decent pay, generous severance package

      Cons

      Awful, incompetent leadership (CEO especially), few advancement opportunities, poor, disjointed, constantly shifting business model/strategy that was more reminiscent of a start-up than an established company.

      Pros

      Now that Co Star owns 10 X, it has become an outstanding place to work. The people have always been great.

      Not really any cons to List. Except for the pay seems to be a little low however that may be changing soon
