      Company became a call center.

      Pros

      You learn a lot in sales and commercial real estate. Good work life balance. Over all company culture was very good and management meant well.

      Cons

      Sales metrics changed monthly and quarterly. Call volume became more important than call quality.

      Pros

      Worked in several departments & geographic regions in this company. Overall it was pretty good

      Cons

      My final position was in a very poorly managed department with an entirely female chain of command and team. As a man, it felt that I was never accepted as part of the team, and always treated as some outsider, even though it was my supervisor and her boss that interviewed and hired me for the position.

      Pros

      I absolutely loved my job at Ten-X. I started with Auction.com and watched it grow into what it is now.

      Cons

      Having been apart of the vision from the start. It was hard to see people come and go who weren’t there for the right reasons. For me it was a choice. For some it was just a paycheck and those few were definitely bad apples.
