Unstable Confused Leadership (Not a tech company)

Hiring manager was really kind. Some New York folks are great salespeople.
Cons
The entire C-Suite besides the CEO got fired end of 2019/early 2020. Only the CEO stayed in place. All the smart tech people from Ivy League schools got laid off and the president who everyone liked got let go. Whole stature of the company changed and not for the better. The entire company is confused and solely due to horrible communication and vision coming from leadership. (CEO and SMD). There is one part of the company based in Irvine who thinks Ten-X is more than a brokerage and believes the “tech” aspect is actual technology changing the real estate landscape. It’s not. It’s a real estate brokerage house that markets properties exclusively online. These people have never worked in real estate and have sipped the “Ten-X Cool Aid” for way to long... drunk on it if you will. The New York City Office is BIZARRE. People roll in around 10:00am11:00am and barely speak to each other. The company cultured claimed to be had in NYC is non existent. Leadership folks in New York are far from personable. The highest performer is easily the least personable person I’ve ever met and not liked by peers.
